1)	Unless otherwise specified, deliveries to residential addresses are normally made from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m. It is vital that the recipient's contact phone number is clear so that we may contact him / her in case of imcomplete or incorrect delivery details.
2)	ALL LOCAL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 12 HOURS UPON CONFIRMATION.
3)	For factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, substitution of flowers within our arrangements may become necessary. We will advise you of the substitution of the main flowers at the time of order confirmation, where as accompanying flowers will be replaced at comparable colour and value.
4)	Cancelled Order of any nature will be charged $100.
5)	If the information provided are sufficient or incorrect, we will not be responsible for on time delivery. Any supplementary delivery costs will be charged separately.
6)	We are not responsible for late arrival due to traffic congestions.
